This Cookie Policy explains how OwnerCare Zadar uses cookies and similar technologies, how consent choices work and how to change them. It describes the configuration for visitors from the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
1. Website operator and contact
OwnerCare Zadar is operated by WEB STUDIO ŠIME, obrt za informatičke i marketinške usluge, vl. Šime Kalpić, Don Šime Urlića 7, 23000 Zadar, Croatia, OIB 72135092882. Contact [email protected] for cookie or privacy questions.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file that your browser can store on your device. Scripts, pixels, local browser storage and third-party embedded content can serve similar functions. This Policy uses “cookies” collectively where those technologies have a comparable purpose.
3. Categories and consent choices
Necessary technologies keep the website working and remember consent choices. Analytics cookies are enabled after you actively accept statistics. On a first visit you can choose “Accept”, “Reject” or “View settings”. Koko statistics, although they use no analytics cookies, also start after acceptance of statistics.
Rejecting statistics does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. Change or withdraw your choice through Privacy settings. Advanced Google Consent Mode may send Google consent and measurement signals without analytics cookies before a choice or after rejection. We do not claim that no Google script loads or no data is transmitted before consent.
4. Active technologies and durations
- Complianz, cmplz_*: remembers choices and notice version, for 365 days under the current Complianz setting; browser limits may shorten this period. Choice information may remain after rejecting statistics because it is needed to remember that choice.
- Polylang, pll_language, if set: remembers the language, subject to plugin settings and browser limits.
- Google Analytics 4, _ga and _ga_*: distinguishes visitors and records session statistics, with consent for statistics. Google’s default cookie lifetime is two years; actual lifetimes may be shorter due to settings or browser limits. Cookie lifetime is not the same as retention on Google’s servers.
- Koko Analytics: local visit statistics with consent; the current configuration uses no analytics cookies.
- Google Consent Mode: communicates consent state and cookieless signals. Analytics cookies are not used when statistics are denied, but Google may receive network data before consent.
Google Ads and AdSense are not enabled by this configuration. Durations can change; see Google’s GA4 cookie documentation for its default values. Consent information and necessary technical records are not automatically erased solely because you reject statistics.
5. Technical testing
The website has not yet been approved for search-engine indexing, but these tools are already configured on this domain. Blocking indexing does not disable cookies or data transfers. Logged-in WordPress users are excluded from Google Analytics measurement by the Site Kit setting; anonymous visitors’ behaviour depends on their consent choices.
6. Google Analytics and data transfers
Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit is an active statistics tool. Google may receive page and event information, browser and device details, online identifiers after consent, and technical network data. Advanced Consent Mode can communicate with Google without analytics cookies when consent is absent. Processing may involve transfers outside the EEA. See Google’s Privacy Policy, information about data from partner sites, and our Privacy Policy. This description does not replace checking applicable agreements and transfer safeguards.
7. External content and changes
Maps, videos, social-media content, chats, advertising or other third-party content setting optional cookies must not do so before appropriate consent. We update this Policy and consent settings when introducing new tools.
8. Browser controls and your rights
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may limit functions; rejecting analytics or marketing cookies does not prevent ordinary use. Read the Privacy Policy for data, recipients and rights information. You can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency at azop.hr.
9. Updates
We may update this Policy when cookies, providers, external content or rules change. The update date is shown below. Where a change requires fresh consent, we ask before using the affected optional technologies.
