This is a photo-report example for Plus and Premium. Essential receives a written report after a visit, without a photo report. The actual report relates to the property, the agreed checklist and the specific photographs from that visit.
Clear status
🟢 All clear, 🟡 attention or 🔴 problem — no vague communication.
Photographs and time
We record relevant photographs and the start and finish time of the visit.
Immediate notice of a problem
If we notice a deviation, the owner is informed; coordination of next steps is available only with Premium and the owner’s prior written approval.
