The trade is not in the VAT system. Prices apply to Zadar and locations up to 20 km by road from our operational base. For 20–35 km by road, a 20 € supplement applies per visit; beyond 35 km and for islands, an individual quote applies. An urgent visit from 08:00 to 20:00 costs 40 €; after 20:00, on Sundays or public holidays it costs 80 €. Contractor work, materials and third-party services are not included.

Service pause
By prior written agreement, you may take one pause in each 12-month period, lasting 30 to 183 days. No regular visits take place during the agreed pause. For a prepaid annual service, the service end date and remaining planned visits are extended by the actual length of the pause. We confirm the pause and restart dates in writing.
