What does this partner do?

  • Plumbing — repairs to supply and waste pipes, replacement of sanitary fittings and drain unblocking.
  • Electrical work — minor installation repairs and fitting of lighting fixtures.
  • Carpentry — minor repairs and replacement of damaged joinery.
  • Minor building work — wall repairs, partitions and work in the yard.
  • Painting and decorating — interior painting, wall repairs and skim coating.
  • Gardening and grounds — maintenance of green areas and ornamental plants, and installation of artificial grass.

The partner confirms whether the specific work can be carried out and the appointment before an agreement is made. Repairs are not ordered automatically.

How does the collaboration work?

1 · Notification and approval

OwnerCare records the problem and informs the owner. We request written approval to find a partner and coordinate the next steps.

2 · Agreement with the partner

The owner and contractor agree the scope and price of the repair directly. OwnerCare coordinates access to the property within the agreed authorisations.

3 · Attendance and report

For Premium clients, attendance alongside the contractor costs €159 per day, up to 8 hours, plus an island supplement where applicable. Attendance follows written approval and payment; completion is documented with a report and photographs.

Problem coordination is included in the Premium package. The partner charges the owner directly for work and materials, separately from the Examples of OwnerCare property visits. Each subsequent day of attendance started requires new written approval and payment.
